This workshop, based on the Pilates principles, brings a whole new challenge to your group and private classes. You will learn to teach a standing workout, which can be adapted to clients of all ages and levels of fitness. The aim is to heighten awareness of foot, knee, hip, pelvis, spinal column and head alignment at the same time as the feet, legs, buttocks, waist, stomach, back and arms are strengthened and toned. Teachers will be taught how to spot and correct compensatory habits and weaknesses which could be the cause of injuries.

 

WORKSHOP PRE-REQUISITES, COURSE TIMES AND PRICES

Pre-requisites

Successful Swissbody Pilates Academy certification through Level 2 and Level 3 Matwork or at least 60 hours teacher training with an internationally recognized program.
