Guest Workshops 4 / 6th May (4 Hours)

Given by Pat Guyton 2nd generation Pilates Master

Course Contents

This workshop will be divided into two sections of about 2 hours each where all these movements will be moved on to the Reformer and then to the High Barrel (Ladder Barrel) with Pat’s “HIGH BARREL BASICS” to implement the morning’s work.

Many of the exercises on the High Barrel are symmetrical/sagittal plane, but Pat has been working on adaptations that are asymmetrical. Two of these are Pat’s Saw in the Swan exercise and a Romana piece that is not included in most programmes that is a lateral stretch to which Pat added some reverse side bending.
